Honestly was worried about location of this motel as I lived in Portland for nearly 10 years and know it's not the safest but the motel was great. It felt safe and clean and was an easy check in and out. Beds were fairly comfortable even for a plus sized person. I would stay again!

My stay at this motel was generally positive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. I felt safe on the premises, despite being in a sketchy area. This motel is within walking distance of the convention center, which could save you money on ride sharing apps or parking. Unfortunately I could easily hear my next door neighbors, but this can be solved with ear plugs.

The room was exactly what I was looking for. Had to be in town for an early appointment and didn't want to fight traffic so I booked a basic non-smoking king room. It was affordable, clean, and parking is free. The location is great! Close to Providence Portland Hospital and quick trip to the airport. Will stay here again!

I've visited this place for both business and pleasure. Staff is refreshingly pleasant and a joy to deal with. Rooms are not fancy but immaculately clean. Impressive establishment and beats others above this price point easily.

Checkin was easy and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean, with comfy bed, and nicely updated to include the bathroom. The property is well located for walking to dining and entertainment options the property offers parking, which is nice, although we did not have a car.

Great location, clean room, friendly staff, great price. I will definitely be returning here on my next trip to Portland! My partner and I were able to walk right to downtown to all of the spots we wanted to go to from the motel. Plenty of parking on site and love that it is included!

The room was super cold due to weather the first night during the snow storm, but once the weather outside was not in the teens the heater was able to keep the room warm. The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful when I needed to extend my stay due to car trouble. He was super personable and did everything he could to help me.
